OUR PEOPLE
Each flag team member has undergone a thorough screening. We run criminal background checks, vulnerable sector checks, and psychological exams as part of our pre-employment background screening procedure. Each security officer must submit five valid references and undergo an extensive background check by our management team. Then, after being bonded and insured, successful candidates receive training on our systems, tools, and certifications.
